Mithrin Halong Hotel

Great hotel for price, room huge and all amenities,and very quiet. However restaurant staff VERY slow working out bill, why is everything in US $. Sweet menu items not available 2 nights running, which caused us to leave early when we would have stayed for drinks, coffee etc.
Pool area unattended, we spent 5 hours there first day, having time out, but no staff came near us, we would have ordered lunch and drinks beside pool. Very questionable 1 hour massage, which i am sure some men would have enjoyed, but not for me (mini skirted lady sitting on my front massaging my chest) then chasing me into foyer demanding a tip once i had payed $12.. US. Price displayed.Beautiful bar area on top floor and layout of hotel great, but staff need some customer service training.
