Sao Mai Hotel is a fabulous hotel . The staff at the Sao Mai Hotel are so kind and helpful. We went there as a family and I would recommend the Norfolk to anyone on a family or business trip. We were over the moon with this hotel. It is an excellent choice for anyone.

Totally friendly staff, very helpful and willing to take extra steps to please the customers. When I was sick they gave me extra water bottles at no charge. They always had a smile, and the concierge was pretty good. They also spoke understandable english. Also, good live music at the bar, and good proximity to lots of other stuff.
