Our trip to Ho Chi Minh was wonderful and made better by the excellent service of the staff at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and the service was impeccable.
I would like to highlight that the TV reception service in the room was less than ideal and perhaps you can ensure a better signal the next time I stay over at the Sofitel.

Our stay the the Sofitel Saigon Plaza was outstanding in every respect.
As expected, the amenities in the hotel were wonderful. But, what made our visit special was the service delivered by the hotel staff. We just can't find enough good things to say about them. And, the Executive Lounge was the best ever, again, due to the wonderful staff. Every question answered, every little request fulfilled, and every need anticipated, Later in our visit to Vietnam, we stayed in a Hanoi hotel considered to be one of the best in Asia, and, the Sofitel Saigon Plaza was every bit as good.
