How is my hotel/tour/ticket booking process work?

Once you have selected the hotel(s) or tour(s) or service from our list, fill the secured booking form and submit to us or request more information directly through our Customer Support Center.
As soon as we receive your request we will process it. Within 24 hours, we will send a Reservation Confirmation as Voucher to you and your order is finished.

We do not charge you any fee for making a reservation. If there are any problem about your order or payment we will contact you to let you know and decide.
