What is your cancellation/amendment & non arrival policy for hotel/tour reservations?

For your convenience we will not charge you anything if you kindly inform us on time with hotel's, airline's or tour company's policy if you have any cancellations or change your bookings.

Last minute cancellations/amendment (less than the time we have informed with hotel's policy) or Non-arrival without inform, we must charge you the amount of the first night room rate at the hotel.
