Any detail provided on these pages and through this website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by TUN TRAVEL Co., Ltd. ("TUN TRAVEL", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our websites for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
These terms and conditions - as may be amended from time to time - apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
The reservations have to been made through our online reservation form, e-mail, telephone or fax. By making a reservation through TUN TRAVEL, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel or our services at which you book.
The reservations is effective only when you inform us your booking information and credit card details or pay a certain deposit to us, then we will process your order for you.
Rates and Best Rate Guarantee
The rates advertised for you on this website are highly competitive and available ONLY through TUN TRAVEL with the Site “http://tuntravel.com”. So please DO NOT try to call the hotel direct, as they WILL NOT have the same rates in their reservation system. The rates on TUN TRAVEL 's website are per room for your stay and are displayed including VAT (Value Added Tax) and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated otherwise on our website or in the confirmation email.
We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay at a hotel. Should you find your hotel room, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after you have made a booking through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate or beat it.
You must provide us with your Booking ID in order to make a claim.
1. The following conditions must apply:
- Same hotel
- Same period of stay
- Same Room/Bed type
- Same Advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any)
- Same Cancellation and Amendment policies
- The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check availability
2. The “Best Price Guarantee” does not apply to unpublished rates, such as:
- Private rates
- Packaged or promotional rates
- Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
- Rates that are not available to the general public, which include: Corporate discount rates, Group or meeting rates, Any rates requiring membership, Loyalty programs and Any organization with rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public.
3. TUN Travel has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same hotel, room type, dates, and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims processing requirements.
Confirmation of Booking
Due to processing requirements, on occasion hotels are unable to confirm a reservation immediately (the hotels are shown as "On request" booking). The confirmations are coordinated by TUN Travel staff and send via e-mail to you within 24-48 hours except for special cases (during fair periods, high season, or special events...). If you do not receive any mail from us within 24-48 hours after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately at email@example.com
Otherwise, a reservation with the hotels, which are shown as "Instant Confirmation", will be confirmed immediately.
Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavour to process your booking request within the time guidelines shown above, unfortunately at times we are unable to finalize your request within this limit. Circumstances that may cause delays in replying to you include international public holidays and time zone differences.
Hotel Booking / Service Guarantee
To guarantee your hotel/tour or ticket booking, we must require your credit card details or payment in-advance. To valid the guarantee, you need to fill with all details required on our secured site, fax or email to us. You may need refer to " How we work" for information of booking guarantee. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. TUN TRAVEL takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
Cancellation/Amendment & Non arrival (No-show)
By making a reservation with a hotel/services, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel/services, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel (the delivery terms and conditions of a hotel can be obtained with the relevant hotel). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room or our services details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation (No-show) and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night, or more, per room, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel carefully prior to making your reservation.
Any changes to your reservation must be made through TUN Travel and not directly with the hotel.
Note: Please be advised that. Cancellations/Amendments are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation or amendment. If you have submitted your cancellation or amendment and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email within 24 hours after submission, please do contact us IMMEDIATELY.
Payment can be done by one of the following ways:
1. Payment online by Credit Card when you make a reservation with TUN TRAVEL.
2. Payment online by Credit Card through third party, we will send you a link with your booking information and amount you have to pay. Then you will be linked to Onepay system. Use your credit card to pay online securely.
3. Payment by Bank Transfer to one of our following banks (any bank charge must be paid by customers).
4. Payment by Western Union (you can use cash, credit card, your bank account or cheques - the service fees at your side). You go to at any Western Union Agent (find Western Union at your location) and fill "To Send Money Form" for the receiver:

After taking the money order and paying, you will receive a bill with MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) with 10 digits, please inform us the full name, country of sender, the amount and the MTCN through email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: The payment must be made within 3 days after we require to be paid if not, we take no responsibility for the rates we have informed to you.
5. Payment by Cash or Credit Card at our office in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City:

Except for cash payment, bank fees must be paid by customers for credit card (3% of expenses).
Refund of Unused Services
Refund method will be done immediately upon agreement between you and TUN TRAVEL for unused services. Again we do not charge you any amount for our effort to refund if you have cancellation on time, however bank fees will be at your side.
TUN Travel Reservation Guarantee
All reservations secured through TUN TRAVEL are backed by our Reservation Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a BOOKING VOUCHER) is not available or cannot be honored upon check-in, and no other room types that you had booked are available, immediately contact our Customer Service Agents at the contact details listed on your BOOKING VOUCHER. We will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel and TUN Travel will pay for the full cost of the first night's stay based on the original reservation, including any tax and service charges. Also, just provide a receipt and we will also pay for all communication costs to our office.
Note: the TUN TRAVEL reservation guarantee is only valid if you contact us upon check-in. Later claims, after the actual check-in, cannot be covered.
The Customer & E-mail Accounts
The customer must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation form is correct. It is the client's responsibility to advise TUN Travel if an error in the email address was submitted on the Reservation Form or any other correspondence.
If our e-mail has been sent to your Junk or Bulk mail folder, you can prevent this from happening again by opening our e-mail and clicking on the 'not spam' or 'this is not spam' button.
Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
We intend to provide you with all the services that you request from us. In rare cases, when the hotel is not able to honor your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards. If this occurs, we will contact you via e-mail and request your authorization to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative, and you had already paid for the original booking, a full refund will be given to you as soon as possible.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to the hotel and are subject to availability on the day of check-in. All additional requests (smoking room, etc...) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by TUN Travel.
Travel insurance is not included in your tour/hotel price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
TUN Travel makes every best efforts to ensure that any materials, rates and all the information that displays on this website are accurate at the date of issue. Changes in market conditions or circumstances may occur after the issue date which may make information displayed on this website no longer accurate or no longer reflect the current position. TUN Travel hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the accuracy, completeness, quality or adequacy of any contents of this website. All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to change without notice including eligibility, minimum or maximum stays, seasons and/or blackout dates, and/or other conditions/restrictions.
TUN Travel will not be liable to pay any compensation if we (the company) or you (the customer) are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control which we, nor any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers, nor our suppliers, could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. For example war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster or terrorist activity...
In the case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that the client informs TUN Travel at the earliest opportunity in order that they have the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to TUN Travel within 7 (Seven) days of the end of the service provided. A copy of the complaint must be also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of TUN Travel to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the client may have.
TUN Travel does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
TUN Travel makes no warranty or representation about the suitability of any product or service purchased by the customer. Where permitted by law, the liability of TUN Travel shall not exceed the price of the product or service purchased by the Customer.
All hotel information that is published on the website is current and is subject to change without notice. We have visited the majority of its featured hotels and every effort has been made to describe the hotels as accurately as possible. However, TUN Travel cannot accept responsibility for facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, whilst the hotelier or supplier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by hotel management or staff.
